This is a temporary role for 4-8 weeks, with the possibility of further opportunities for the right candidate.
Duties include:
* Answering customer calls
* Supporting customers through the onboarding process
* Handling customer queries and complaints
* Explaining products and services
* Using internal systems to update customer information
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience
* Excellent telephone manner
* Confident using computer systems
* A DBS certificate is needed for this role or willing to get one
* Strong communication and attention to detail
* Able to work well as part of a team
* A full UK driving licence is highly preferred due to the location (unless you live locally)
Hours & Pay:
* Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm.
* £13.04 per hour.
* Weekly pay via agency!
