Quotation & Bid Administrator

Our client based in Peterborough is looking for a highly organised Quotation & Bid Administrator to join them on a full-time permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week between the hours of 8:30 am – 5 pm, with the opportunity to work from home, 1 day per week after successful probation.
As a Quotation & Bid Administrator you will support the preparation, coordination and submission of quotations and tenders. You'll ensure bids are accurate, compliant and submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities for Quotation & Bid Administrator
* Review, Prepare and submit quotations and tender documents.
* Monitor tender portals and identify opportunities.
* Maintain bid records and track outcomes.
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to gather accurate information.
* Provide general administrative support to the Sales/Technical team.
Experienced needed for the Quotation & Bid Administrator
* Previous experience in bid administration, quotations or sales support.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
* Able to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively.
