They are recruiting for a Trainee Contracts and Design Manager

* Office based in Paignton meeting with clients in and around mid to south Devon mostly

* Trained on design of commercial heating systems, pipe work design, heating and hot water by the contracts manager

* Trained on contracts management, quotes, costing, project submissions, site surveys, reviewing design drawings, planning, project redelivery, RAMS and H&S

Skills Needed to be a trainee contracts & design manager

* Living within travelling distance to the office in Paignton in mid Devon

* Good experience and knowledge with commercial heating systems, hot water systems, commercial boilers

* Coming from a commercial or industrial heating tools back ground would be very beneficial – this would really suit an engineer who wants to get off the tools and learn more

* Good written and spoken English as well as good people skills

* Any design or contracts experience within commercial gas would be very beneficial

Salary and Benefits of a trainee contracts & design manager

* 35-40k basic salary (40 hour week)

* Phone, lap top

* 24 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

* 45p per mile expenses

* Further development and training to go into a Contracts & Design Manager role within the next 4-5 years

* Business mentorship by the managing director
