Your new role
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will support children within Nursery and Reception classes, helping to deliver engaging learning activities, encourage social and emotional development, and create a safe and nurturing environment. You will work closely with teachers to support children's learning through play and structured activities.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working with children in an Early Years setting
A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A relevant childcare or teaching assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
An understanding of the EYFS framework is advantageous
