Pay Rates
First 12 Weeks
£13.03 per hour
£17.37 per hour overtime (Monday-Saturday)
£19.55 per hour overtime (Sunday)
After 12 Weeks
£13.52 per hour
£18.03 per hour overtime (Monday-Saturday)
£20.28 per hour overtime (Sunday)
The Role
As a VNA / Logistics Operative, you'll be trained across a variety of warehouse and logistics functions to match your skills and experience. Duties may include:
Operating VNA equipment
Moving stock throughout the warehouse
Loading and unloading products
Supporting warehouse operations
Maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping
What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse or VNA experience is beneficial but not essential
Good attendance and reliability
Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
Flexibility to work overtime when required
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Team player with a strong work ethic
