SANZA Teaching Agency are excited to support a large, inclusive primary school in the London borough of Barking & Dagenham. If you are looking for a new and exciting teaching assistant opportunity where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young children with Autism and learning needs, this is the role for you.
The role:
You will support key students from year 1 to year 6.
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Autism and other learning needs, helping them access learning materials, as well as to develop social and communication skills.
Work collaboratively with class teachers and colleagues to ensure the students are receiving the best support and opportunity to succeed.
About you:
Will have previous experience as a teaching assistant
Have experience supporting children with Autism
Will be patient, empathetic and flexible
Be patient, compassionate and committed to inclusive education
