You'd be joining the Tendering and Customer Support team within the Electrification and Automation business, part of Siemens Smart Infrastructure. This team plays a key role in supporting customers by managing quotations, processing orders, coordinating repairs, and ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently from start to finish. You'll gain valuable exposure to the engineering industry while developing an understanding of our products, services, and tendering processes.
Siemens Smart Infrastructure provides the technologies and services that help customers safely distribute and administer electrical power, working with organisations across industry, infrastructure, and commercial environments to improve efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
Please note that this vacancy is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
K ey Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and submit quotations in response to customer enquiries and tender requests.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through company systems.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, acting as a key point of contact for enquiries and support.
Respond promptly to customer queries and provide regular updates on quotations, orders, and repairs.
Provide basic product and service information, working with specialist technical teams when additional support is required.
Coordinate repair requests from initial enquiry through to completion, scheduling engineer visits and ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, orders, repairs, and correspondence. What we're looking for

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence speaking with customers and resolving queries.

A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
