Key Responsibilities
You'll provide exceptional treatments and guest experiences by:
Delivering massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and beauty treatments
Providing excellent customer service and professional aftercare advice
Handling enquiries and supporting bookings via phone, email, and the booking system
Recommending treatments and retail products to enhance the guest experience
Maintaining outstanding hygiene standards throughout the Spa
Supporting the daily administration and smooth running of the spa
Following all health & safety procedures
What we're looking for
To be successful, you'll have:
NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy and/or Massage (or equivalent)
At least two years' experience preferred
A friendly, professional, guest-focused approach
The ability to work independently and within a small team
Basic IT skills for bookings and payments
Ishga product experience is desirable, although training will be provided
Flexibility to work weekends on a planned rota
Immediate availability with no other summer commitments
