At GM Packaging, we're looking for a bright, proactive Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to become a key part of our expanding team. This is an exciting customer-facing role where you'll work with customers, suppliers, freight partners and internal teams to keep products moving across the UK and Europe.

What you'll be doing
Every day is different. You'll be responsible for:
* Coordinating deliveries across the UK and Europe
* Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and logistics partners
* Managing transport bookings and monitoring deliveries
* Resolving customer enquiries quickly and professionally
* Supporting inventory, forecasting and supply chain planning
* Maintaining accurate ERP and logistics records
* Working closely with Sales, Procurement, Customer Service and Finance
* Identifying smarter ways of working and driving continuous improvement
You'll be at the centre of the operation, ensuring customers receive outstanding service whilst keeping our supply chain running efficiently.
We're looking for someone who is:

✔ Brilliant with people and confident speaking to customers and suppliers
✔ Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities
✔ Commercially aware with excellent problem-solving skills
✔ A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
✔ Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Previous experience within Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport, Customer Service or Operations would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in ambitious individuals with the right attitude and a desire to learn.
