How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Description

    Brand Strategy & Development

    Develop and implement a long-term brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
    Define brand positioning, messaging architecture and core brand pillars.
    Create a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
    Ensure all communications reflect a clear and differentiated brand identity.

    Marketing Leadership

    Develop strategic marketing plans covering short, medium and long-term objectives.
    Create a marketing roadmap with clear deliverables and measurable outcomes.
    Identify opportunities to drive brand awareness, engagement and customer acquisition.
    Advise senior leadership on marketing priorities and investment decisions.

    Content & Communications

    Provide strategic direction to internal content teams, freelancers and external partners.
    Ensure content, social media and campaign activity align with the broader brand vision.
    Develop communication frameworks that drive consistency across channels.
    Support the evolution of a social-first and community-led marketing approach.

    Activations, Events & Launches

    Design and deliver marketing strategies to support new site launches, events and key commercial initiatives.
    Create innovative activation campaigns that engage customers and local communities.
    Develop partnership opportunities with businesses, influencers, ambassadors and key stakeholders.
    Support PR and promotional activity that enhances brand visibility.

    Growth & Commercial Performance

    Use insight and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
    Develop customer engagement and retention strategies.
    Monitor performance against agreed KPIs and recommend continuous improvements.
    Build scalable marketing processes capable of supporting future expansion.

    Stakeholder Management

    Act as a trusted advisor to founders and senior leadership.
    Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver strategic objectives.
    Present marketing recommendations, plans and performance updates to key stakeholders.Profile

    Experience

    Proven experience in a senior marketing, brand strategy or consultancy role.
    Strong track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
    Experience within high-growth, entrepreneurial or start-up environments.
    Demonstrable success delivering marketing programmes that have driven measurable business outcomes.
    Experience within sports, leisure, lifestyle, wellness or consumer-facing sectors is highly desirable.
    Successful delivery of brand launches, community activations, events and customer engagement initiatives.

    Knowledge & Skills

    Strong understanding of modern brand-building and integrated marketing principles.
    Experience developing multi-channel marketing strategies.
    Excellent knowledge of social media, content marketing and audience engagement.
    Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability.
    Ability to translate business goals into clear marketing plans and actionable initiatives.
    Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
