On offer, is the chance for a Trainee Production Operative or similar to join a successful worldwide manufacturing company who supply a range of products such as medical grade super glue, liquid bandages, and adhesives for the healthcare industry. With a strong reputation and high customer satisfaction, the company are looking to add a new Trainee Production Operative or similar to their team to help boost their long-term growth.
In this role, the successful candidate will be working alongside senior supervisors, working with machine fitting and packaging, ensuring that quality standards are met by taking responsibility for the quality of the process, and overall maximising the level of operations. The successful Trainee Production Operative will be provided with an induction to the company and the tasks they will be required to carry out, being provided with full training on specialist machining, ensuring that the successful candidate has the full knowledge necessary to be able to carry out the role successfully.
The ideal Trainee Production Manager or similar will be fresh out of college, hungry and eager to take on a new role where they can learn and develop their skills, growing inside the company through long-term progression. The ideal candidate would have basic Health and Safety clearance and general packaging experience, this is ideal but not necessary.
