In this varied role, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating the production team, ensuring output, quality, and health & safety targets are achieved while driving continuous improvements across the shift.

This position would suit a Team Leader/Supervisor, from a manufacturing background, looking to take the next step in their career with an industry leading company.

The Role:

Lead and supervise the night shift production team
Ensure production, quality, safety and KPI targets are achieved
Mon-Thurs 4 x 10-hour night shifts (9:00pm - 7:00am)The Person:
