Rate: Up to £400 a day Outside IR35
Our client, a leading contractor in the airport infrastructure sector, is seeking a hands-on Construction Manager to oversee the replacement and installation of conduit and containment systems within Heathrow Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the replacement of existing conduit, bracketry, and containment systems, alongside the installation of new containment routes.
Coordinate site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with Heathrow standards, industry regulations, and health & safety requirements.Requirements:
Previous Construction Management experience within airport, rail, or similar infrastructure environments.
Strong understanding of electrical containment, conduit, bracketry, and installation methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Relevant construction or engineering qualifications preferred.Contract Details:
