How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role where you'll work as part of a close-knit team in a clean, modern manufacturing environment. You'll develop technical skills, operate specialist equipment and play an important part in delivering products that meet exacting quality standards.
Every day brings new challenges, giving you the opportunity to build experience and develop a long-term career in manufacturing.

    Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Setting up and operating production machinery.
Following technical work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
Monitoring product quality throughout the production process.
    Recording production information accurately.
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety.
Working with colleagues to achieve production goals and deadlines.
    We're Looking For People Who

    Enjoy practical, hands-on work.
    Are dependable and punctual.
Have a keen eye for detail.
Take pride in producing work to a high standard.
Are eager to develop new technical skills.
Work well as part of a team.
Experience isn't essential - your attitude, commitment and willingness to learn are far more important.

    What You'll Receive

    Competitive hourly pay
    Monday to Friday working pattern.
    Structured training programme.
Opportunities to gain new skills and progress your career.
    Annual bonus scheme.
    Enhanced holiday allowance.
    Why This Role?

If you're looking for a career where you can learn specialist skills, work with advanced manufacturing technology and be part of a business that values quality, teamwork and personal development, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
Whether you're new to manufacturing or looking for a fresh challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
