As our business continues to grow internationally, we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Fareham and help us source exceptional aviation talent.
The Role
* Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases and referrals.
* Conducting telephone interviews.
* Building and maintaining talent pipelines.
* Screening candidates against technical and client requirements.
* Coordinating interviews and supporting the recruitment process.
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and compliance documentation.
* Building long-term relationships with aviation professionals worldwide.
About You
* Previous recruitment or recruitment resourcing experience.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive, motivated and professional approach.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
* Aviation or engineering recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
