Our client is a growing HVAC and mechanical contractor looking to appoint a Project Co-Ordinator to support their busy projects team on a 3-month temp-to-perm basis. The Role

As a Project Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for:

Assisting with the planning and scheduling of projects
Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
Supporting site mobilisation, documentation and compliance requirements
Assisting with tracking project costs, invoicing and progress reports
Liaising with clients, suppliers and the wider project team
Providing administrative support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on programmeWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience in a Project Co-Ordinator or Administration role
Experience within Construction, HVAC, M&E or Building Services is desirable
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
A proactive approach with excellent attention to detailThe Package

The successful Project Co-Ordinator will receive:

£17.50 per hour during the initial 3-month temporary period
£36,000 basic salary upon successful completion of the temp-to-perm period
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (upon becoming permanent)
