Junior Cybersecurity & Networking Technician

You will work alongside an experienced team, supporting a variety of clients across different industries. KEY DUTIES
As a Junior Cybersecurity & Networking Technician, you will:
* Assist with the monitoring of client networks and systems.
* Support the identification and reporting of potential cybersecurity threats.
* Help configure and maintain networking equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
* Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote support tools.
* Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
* Support security software deployment, updates, and maintenance.
* Help investigate cybersecurity alerts and escalate issues where required.
* Carry out routine system health checks and maintenance activities.
* Maintain accurate documentation of client systems and support activities.
* Assist with software installations, upgrades, and patch management.
* Contribute to cybersecurity awareness initiatives and best practice guidance.
We are interested in potential as much as experience. You do not need to have worked in cybersecurity before.
