What You Will Do:
• Own the global vision and capability roadmap for Conversational Channels, including generative and agentic AI use cases.
• Lead delivery and continuous improvement for chat, WhatsApp and other messaging experiences, ensuring value and quality.
• Build and maintain a global delivery roadmap and integrated backlog, with clear governance, prioritisation and risk management.
• Provide day-to-day leadership across strategic technology and delivery partners, aligning outcomes to JLR standards and brand expectations.
• Lead performance reporting and data-led continuous improvement across markets.
• Support inclusive, accessible conversational experiences and contribute to customer experience communities and knowledge sharing.
What You Will Bring:
• Experience in global digital product ownership or transformation, particularly across multi-market initiatives.
• Strong understanding of conversational platforms and AI-enabled customer experience, with confidence in generative and agentic AI concepts.
• Proven ability to deliver complex programmes end-to-end, balancing strategy, delivery and continuous improvement.
• A client-obsessed, outcome-focused mindset, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A thoughtful approach to ethical, brand-safe AI and inclusive customer experiences.
