At Peabody, we're looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Care Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Basildon. Working waking nights, you'll provide vital support to women, helping them feel safe, valued, and empowered to live independently.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Care Support Worker, you'll help women live as independently and confidently as possible by:

* Supporting with personal care and daily living activities

* Promoting choice, independence, and wellbeing

* Encouraging hobbies, interests, and community involvement

* Providing emotional support and companionship

* Maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment

* Building positive relationships with families and professionals

* Keeping accurate records and contributing to support plans

* Working as part of a caring, collaborative team

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience to succeed in this role. What matters most is who you are.

We're keen to hear from people who are:

* Comfortable working nights, weekends, and bank holidays

Experience in care or support work, a Care Certificate, or a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care would be beneficial, but they're not essential. We'll support you to learn and develop.
