How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Credit Support Administrator- £27,500 plus bonus (17% annually)

    Blackburn | Hybrid Working 1-2 days max per week | Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm (flexible)

    What you'll be doing

    As part of the Credit Support team, you'll play a key role in ensuring finance proposals are processed efficiently and accurately. Working alongside a collaborative team, you'll support the credit process from initial administration through to completion while delivering an excellent service to customers, brokers and internal stakeholders.

    Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    Preparing finance proposals ready for credit assessment
    Carrying out initial checks to ensure applications are complete and within company policy
    Completing credit searches and reviewing supporting information
    Liaising with internal teams regarding asset valuations and finance requests
    Supporting ongoing credit automation projects
    Identifying and escalating compliance or fraud concerns where required
    Processing amendments to live applications quickly and accurately
    Working closely with colleagues across multiple departments to provide a seamless customer experience
    Supporting wider administration teams when required
    Assisting with training and sharing knowledge across the team

    What we're looking for

    Previous administration experience, ideally within financial services, banking, lending or a regulated environment
