How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Your new company

Our client is a leading claimant law firm seeking Personal Injury Solicitors / Senior Solicitors during a period of growth. This opportunity is suitable for experienced EL/PL/OL lawyers as well as litigators from RTA backgrounds looking to retrain into this area. The role offers a high-quality caseload, excellent training and development, and strong earning potential through a transparent bonus structure.

    Your new role

You will manage your own caseload of employer's liability, occupiers' liability and/or public liability claims, handling matters from inception through to conclusion. Depending on your level of experience, this may include both fast-track and multi-track litigation, with exposure to complex and higher-value claims. The firm operates with strong referral sources, providing genuine claimant work and a strong flow of quality instructions.

    Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of EL, OL and/or PL claims from inception to settlement or trial.
    Handle pre-litigated and litigated matters.
Draft pleadings, witness statements and other legal documentation.
Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical advice to clients.
Negotiate settlements with insurers and opponent representatives.
Progress cases efficiently in line with procedural requirements.
Attend court hearings and advocacy where appropriate.
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the claims process.
Support and mentor junior team members (senior-level applicants).

    What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
Experience handling claimant personal injury litigation.
Previous OL/PL experience is desirable but not essential for candidates seeking a retraining opportunity.
Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules.
Excellent negotiation, communication and client care skills.
Ability to manage a caseload independently.
Commercially aware with a proactive and organised approach to case management.
Motivated to work within a target-driven environment

    What you'll get in return

    Competitive salary dependent on experience.
    Uncapped bonus scheme.
High-quality claimant caseload from established referral channels.
Ongoing training and development, including support for lawyers retraining into OL/PL work.
    Strong administrative and litigation support.
    Hybrid working arrangements.
Clear opportunities for progression within a growing team
