Location: Newcastle Area | Hybrid 3/2 split
Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 basic + benefits
I'm working with an established electronics business who design and build their own products in-house. They're after a Senior Hardware Design Engineer to support new product development someone who can own the electronics design and grow into the go-to expert on their core technologies.
Small, fast-paced engineering team covering R&D, product development and new product introduction. You'd be leading projects, not just contributing to them.
What you'll be doing - Senior Hardware Design Engineer
Designing new products - circuit design, schematic capture and PCB layout
Working closely with the wider engineering team to get products into production
Leading internal and external project teams, including subcontractors, and dealing with customers where needed
Researching new technologies to keep the product roadmap current What they're after - Senior Hardware Design Engineer
Experience in a similar role, strong across schematic capture, PCB layout and analogue and digital circuit design.
Confident talking to technical and non-technical people alike
