Mechanical Assembler

Position: Assembly Operative

Location: Truro

Salary: £27101 per annum

Working hours: Monday – Thursday, 06.30 – 16.45

We are now looking to recruit a Mechanical Assembler to work for manufacturing engineering company based in Truro. The appropriate candidate would be assembling parts and machines by following operational guidelines based on technical drawings and instructions.

Responsibilities:

Using a variety of electrical and hand tools and associated equipment would be advantageous.
Following technical drawings carrying out mechanical assembly parts of machines.
Ability to work 4 day week
Requirements

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Committed to safety, quality, and productivity.
The ability to hit deadlines and achieve daily production schedules.
Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Assist with other duties as and when required.
Experience of using a variety of electrical and hand tools and associated equipment would be advantageous.
