Location: Long Buckby
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Shift Patterns Available
* Wednesday to Saturday – 48 hours per week
* OR
* Thursday to Saturday – 36 hours per week
Hours: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Overtime available for those who want it.

The Role
As a Warehouse Production Operative, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day operation of a small-scale processing plant. Your duties will include:
* Operating and monitoring production machinery
* Carrying out hourly quality checks on finished products
* Adjusting machine settings using PLC controls and machine interfaces
* Assisting with basic maintenance and equipment changeovers
* Completing production records and paperwork accurately
* Working closely with Quality, Yard and Logistics teams
* Loading and unloading materials using a telehandler (full training provided)
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and hygiene
* Supporting both indoor production and outdoor yard operations
