Supreme Recruitment are looking to recruit on behalf of our client based in Leicester Temp to Perm for a experienced Fabricator with team leading or supervisor experience.
You will be leading skilled late shift team within a high quality sheet metal fabrication environment.
Hands on role for someone who understands fabrications processes, keeps standards high and carry operations smoothly.
Supervising a late night shift made up of brake operators, welders and laser operators, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently to high standards.
Reading and working from engineering drawings
Extensive sheet metal fabrication experience, previous supervisory or team leadership skills
