This role is for a logistic company.
Purpose of Role: To ensure all customer orders are accurately packed, labelled, and meet quality standards before dispatch. The role involves conducting 100% checks on selected orders to maintain high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 100% checks of assigned customer orders before shipment.
Verify product quantities, descriptions, and condition against order documentation.
Ensure correct packaging, labelling, and shipping documentation are present.
Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues.
Record checking results accurately and complete required documentation.
Work closely with warehouse operatives, team leaders, and quality teams to resolve errors.
Follow all health, safety, and company procedures
