What's involved?

As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to lead and motivate the team while maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation.

You'll be involved in:

Preparing and delivering fresh, seasonal dishes
Supporting weddings, events and member dining
Training and developing junior chefs
Managing stock, ordering and food costs
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
Leading the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
