* Supporting students to stay focused and complete classwork.
* Building confidence in managing groups of young people.
* Gaining invaluable school-based experience before progressing into teacher training
PERSON SPECIFICATION – Cover Supervisor - Ideal for STEM Graduates
* A degree in a STEM subject (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Confidence working with young people.
* A positive, proactive and professional attitude.
* Previous experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential.
