The Role
You'll take ownership of a busy European road freight operation, managing start-to-finish import and export movements while leading a high-performing operations team. This is a hands-on management role where you'll drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Proven experience managing European Road Freight operations
Strong knowledge of start-to-finish import and export processes
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset

30 days total holiday
Monday-Friday working hours: 08:00-17:00 or 08:30-17:30
