How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    * Maintain a thorough understanding of global AEOI regulations and their application to fiduciary services

    * Be a subject matter expert for AEOI-related queries across the group, providing guidance on complex reporting obligations

    * Assist with liaison between internal teams (e.g., Compliance, Legal, and Tax) and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, auditors, and tax authorities)

    * Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure accurate client data collection and reporting

    * Respond to ad-hoc inquiries from business units about AEOI regulations and reporting

    * Work with local business units to help drive data quality

    * Assist the technology teams to automate and streamline the AEOI reporting process, focusing on process improvements

    * Support the development and implementation of reporting technology solutions, ensuring system alignment with global tax regulatory requirements

    * Assist with gap analyses and defining system requirements for automation, data collection, and integration with tax reporting platforms

    * Assist with implementation of data automation tools to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and reporting

    * Monitor emerging technologies and trends that can improve the AEOI reporting function

    * Support with developing and delivering training materials and sessions to educate internal stakeholders on AEOI obligations and best practices

    * Stay updated on evolving AEOI regulations and support continuous learning within the reporting team

The ideal candidate for the role of Senior AEOI Support will have:

    * A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification

    * Proven track record in the fiduciary services industry

    * 3+ years of experience in AEOI reporting, FATCA/CRS compliance, or tax-related roles within financial services or fiduciary services

    * Experience in technology-driven reporting processes

    * Familiarity with global tax regulations, particularly in fiduciary contexts

    * Project and change management experience is a plus

    * Knowledge of AEOI, FATCA, CRS, and other global tax reporting frameworks
