18 Rec is currently recruiting multiple experienced Multi Traders on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes across social housing properties throughout South East and South West London.

We're looking for reliable, customer-focused tradespeople who take pride in their work and are looking for a long-term opportunity with excellent progression.

The Role

You'll be carrying out refurbishment and improvement works in occupied and void social housing properties, including:

* Kitchen refurbishments and new installations

* Bathroom and wet room refurbishments

* General property improvements

* Planned maintenance and refurbishment works

* Multi-trade repairs and finishing works

We're particularly keen to hear from Multi Traders with a core trade in:

* Plumbing

* Carpentry

* Plastering

* Tiling

* Wet room installations

* Vinyl flooring (including wet room flooring)

Requirements

* Valid CSCS Card (Essential)

* Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)

* Previous experience working within social housing

* Strong multi-trade experience

* Experience with kitchen and bathroom refurbishments

* Asbestos Awareness Certificate (Essential)

* NVQ in a relevant trade (Desirable)
