How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, engaging telephone manner.
Keep the Customer Records Management system up to date with accurate client information and call summaries.
Carry out quality monitoring of sales calls and provide constructive feedback to the Sales Team.
Support complaints handling and assist with complaint resolution where required.
Obtain Trustpilot and Google reviews from customers.
Assist with customer due diligence and compliance processes following training.
Support the Client Relations Team Manager and Director of Compliance & Operations with administrative and ad hoc duties.
Ensure business processes are followed and maintained to a high standard.
Provide additional support across the business as required.
What we would like from you:

Previous experience in Customer Service, Account Management, Sales Support or an administrative role.
A degree is preferred, with a minimum of A-Levels (or equivalent) at BBB or above.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident speaking with customers over the telephone and via webchat.
Ability to multitask, including typing whilst speaking to customers.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good Microsoft Office skills and experience using CRM or webchat systems would be advantageous.
A positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn.
    Personal Attributes:

    Professional, friendly and engaging.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities.
    Strong problem-solving skills.
    Commercially aware.
Self-motivated whilst also working effectively as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a proactive, can-do approach.
