We are seeking an experienced Quality Decorator to support our continued growth across London and the surrounding counties.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will undertake high‑quality decorating works as part of insurance restoration projects. This includes painting, wallpaper hanging, and surface preparation within occupied private homes. A professional, considerate approach is essential, as the role involves working closely with homeowners during challenging circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out internal and external decorating to a consistently high standard

* Undertake wallpaper hanging and all associated preparation works

* Work independently on reinstatement projects following property damage

* Maintain accurate communication with clients, surveyors, and project managers

* Ensure compliance with Cantily Restoration’s quality, safety, and conduct standards

Essential Requirements

* Proven experience as a decorator, including wallpapering

* Full UK driving licence

* Valid CSCS card

* Own tools and equipment

* Ability to work professionally in occupied residential environments

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Preferable

* Own van

* Experience within insurance reinstatement or heritage‑influenced environments
