A leading refrigeration contractor is looking to add an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to its team, covering Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. Whether you already have supermarket experience or come from a commercial refrigeration background, this is an opportunity to join a business that invests in its engineers and provides genuine long-term career prospects.
Working across a portfolio of retail and convenience store sites, you'll carry out planned maintenance, reactive breakdowns and repairs on a range of commercial refrigeration systems, including pack systems. You'll manage your own region with the support of an experienced engineering team behind you.
Key Responsibilities:
Service, maintain and repair commercial refrigeration equipment.
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on-site.
Work on retail and convenience store refrigeration systems, including pack systems.
Complete service reports and paperwork accurately.
Take part in a 1 in 4 standby rota.
Requirements:
Previous experience within commercial refrigeration.
Valid F-Gas qualification.
Experience working on refrigeration systems.
CO₂ experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Basic salary circa £52,000 (including standby payments)
