Administrator

Our well established local client is recruiting for a permanent Administrator, with the ability to also perform some accounts duties within the role.

Duties to include

Accounts

Inputting data into Sage Line 50, confident use of software

Creating invoices/ delivery note

Vat returns

Payroll duties every 4 weeks

Banking

Administration

Telephone duties, first port of call, redirecting calls to sales team or dealing with all enquiries

Creating delivery notes for visiting courier

Organising collections of goods

Chasing outstanding departments for missing information

Dealing with imports couriers/ customs etc

Confident on phone

General admin duties

The role is 5 days per week, Monday to Friday and whilst there are core hours they prefer to cover, they are open to flexible working hours for home committments etc.
