£75,000 - £80,000 + £9,800 Car Allowance
JCO Healthcare are proud to be supporting a leading care provider in the appointment of a Regional Manager covering North and Eastern Scotland.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced leader to join a well-established organisation with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality elderly care services and investing in its people.
The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to a portfolio of care homes, ensuring excellent standards of care, regulatory compliance, commercial performance and team engagement across the region.
The Opportunity
As Regional Manager, you will:
* Lead, coach and support Home Managers across your portfolio
* Drive high standards of care quality and regulatory compliance
* Improve occupancy levels and overall commercial performance
* Monitor budgets, KPIs and operational effectiveness
* Support recruitment, retention and development of management teams
* Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities and external partners
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and service development
About You
* Previous experience as a Peripatetic Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Manager or equivalent senior leadership role within the care home sector
* Nurse qualification and valid NMC Pin
* Exceptional knowledge of the Care Inspectorate
* A proven track record of improving quality outcomes and operational performance
* Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
* A flexible approach and willingness to travel across North Scotland
* Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) desirable

* £75,000 - £80,000 basic salary
