How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Our client, a growing and well-established property business based in Cheltenham, has an exciting new opportunity for a Legal Property Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to continued business growth. If you have a legal background but are looking to get into property, this role is for you!

The successful Legal Property Coordinator should have:

Previous experience within conveyancing, residential property or a legal support environment.
A sound understanding of the residential property transaction process from instruction through to completion.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload.
Strong communication skills, building effective relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail and compliance awareness.

In this role, the Legal Property Coordinator will be responsible for:

Overseeing residential property transactions, ensuring each case progresses efficiently from sale agreed through to completion.
Acting as the main point of contact between clients, solicitors, lenders and other third parties to keep transactions moving.
Monitoring case progress, identifying potential delays and taking appropriate action to minimise disruption.
Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring all compliance procedures and internal records are up to date.
Working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver a professional and seamless customer experience throughout the property journey.

Our client is offering the successful Legal Property Coordinator a basic salary in the region of £30,000, with realistic on-target earnings of £40,000 through an uncapped bonus structure. Additional benefits include holiday allowance, pension, Monday to Friday working hours (full time in the office), ongoing training and support, genuine opportunities for career progression and a collaborative working environment. If you have previous experience within conveyancing, residential property or legal case management and are looking to join an ambitious and expanding business, apply now to be considered for this fantastic opportunity.
