Graduate Search Consultant / Head-hunter

We are looking for a confident, self-motivated, and resilient individual to join our team as a head-hunter. This role will have the following responsibilities:
* Contacting the UK’s most talented candidates within the Accountancy and Finance industry via outbound calls, email, text and social media platforms.
* Building a multi-skilled talent pool of candidates allowing you to be a step ahead for future recruitment plans that our International and National clients may have.
* Working in partnership with an experienced team of professional head-hunters and consultants.
* Speaking to candidates and advising them on market leading roles.
* Researching clients and job roles for specialist candidates.
* Headhunting for the most prestigious International and National firms in our industry.
* NO B2B SALES
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes and exposure:
* Bright, enthusiastic and target driven, motivated by success and financial reward.
* A hunger to learn, develop and become the best in the Accountancy and Finance market.
* Exposure in business development /relationship management would be advantageous but not essential.
* Effective communicator with a confident telephone manner.
* Friendly and resilient nature with the drive to join a successful team of professionals with a strong work ethic.
* Team Player essential and enjoys supporting others.
