The Role
You'll lead projects from concept through to completion RIBA 0-7.
You will manage project teams, coordinating consultants and ensuring successful delivery across all stages of the design process.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading projects through all RIBA stages
Preparing and reviewing planning, technical and construction packages
Coordinating clients, consultants and contractors
Managing programme, quality and design delivery
Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and industry standards
Mentoring junior team members
Attending client meetings, design reviews and site visitsAbout You
ARB registered Architect
Minimum 5 years' post-Part 3 experience
Proven UK commercial practice experience
Strong design, technical and presentation skills
Experience delivering projects from concept to construction
Proficient in Revit, ArchiCAD or similar BIM software
Excellent communication and organisational skills
