The Birmingham office is currently delivering a diverse portfolio of projects, including Education schemes valued between £1 million and £40 million, major Healthcare developments with project values reaching £400 million, and a number of high-rise Residential schemes. Previous experience within Education, Healthcare or Residential projects would be advantageous, although candidates from other sectors with strong technical delivery experience will also be considered.

Produce effective working drawing packages with minimum supervision
Advise on environmental and building regulatory requirements affecting projects
Co-ordinate with consultants and internal teams, disseminating information and liaising with statutory bodies
Deliver technically challenging Education, Healthcare and high-rise Residential projects across a range of RIBA Stages
Ensure compliance with design, legal, statutory and professional requirements
Co-ordinate detailed design information and technical drawing packages
Liaise with and produce documentation for statutory and local approval authorities
Produce and co-ordinate technical information using Revit within a BIM Level 2 environment
Assist with project programming, site inspections and technical delivery through constructionSenior Architectural Technologist Job Requirements
Degree qualified Architectural Technologist with minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience (or equivalent)
Demonstrable experience leading the delivery of technical production packages
Good knowledge of Revit with at least 2 years' continual use in practice as the primary design and delivery tool
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, Building Safety legislation and construction detailing
Experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3-6
Excellent technical detailing and co-ordination skills
Strong communication and client-facing skills
