Serving as the initial touchpoint and facilitator for all on-site guests, you will ensure a hospitable and professional atmosphere. Additionally, you will assist the document controllers in various administrative tasks and oversee services rendered by external contractors.
Primary Duties:
* Undertake miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed, using Microsoft software.
* Escort visitors to designated areas and offer beverages if needed.
* Manage and archive visitor documentation, and facilitate the issuance of work permits when necessary.
* Provide essential data and adhere to company guidelines during audits.
* Guide new employees to induction locations as part of the training team's support.
* Handle mail and parcels, distributing them to appropriate recipients.
* Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless site operations.
* Maintain logs for incoming deliveries as mandated.
* Supervise the performance of outsourced cleaning services.
* Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
* Assist in preparing time cards for external agencies and address related queries
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* At least one year of customer service experience
