This is a pivotal leadership role, and forms part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) you will play a key role in supporting Home Managers, maintaining exceptional care standards, driving quality improvements, along with contributing to the long term success of the operational outcomes across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing leadership and operational oversight across a portfolio of nursing, residential and dementia care homes

Providing strong clinical leadership to support safe, effective and person-centred care
*
Supporting and developing Home Managers to deliver high-quality services
*
Driving improvements in CQC outcomes, clinical governance and regulatory compliance
*
Monitoring performance, identifying risk, and implementing corrective action plans
*
Supporting services through clinical, staffing and operational challenges
*
Working closely with senior leadership to deliver agreed quality and business objectives
To be considered for this role, you will need:
*
Proven experience as a Regional Manager within elderly care
*
Registered Nurse qualification with an active NMC PIN - Not Essential
*
Strong track record of improving quality, stabilising services and supporting Home Managers
*
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, clinical governance and compliance frameworks
*
A supportive but robust leadership style with strong communication skills
