The Role
As Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of construction activities across a range of civil engineering works, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Setting out and surveying works in accordance with design drawings and specifications.
Managing and maintaining site records, QA documentation, and as-built information.
Supporting the Site and Section Engineers in the delivery of daily construction activities.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, designers, and project stakeholders.
Monitoring progress against programme and reporting on site activities.
Assisting with temporary works, permits, inspections, and engineering controls.
Identifying and resolving technical issues on site.
Requirements
Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Previous experience working as a Site Engineer on major infrastructure projects
Experience in one or more of the following Earthworks, Highways, Structures, Drainage, Utilities
Strong setting out experience using Leica, Trimble, or similar equipment
CSCS Card
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

£440.00 - £460.00 per day
