Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE) + £5,000 Car Allowance
We're recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-established developer specialising in high-end bespoke residential projects.
This is an office-based role, suited to someone with a strong background in business development within bespoke new-build housing or a similar construction/sector. You'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building lasting relationships and helping to grow the business.
The Role
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, planning departments and land buyers.
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Build and nurture a network of industry contacts.
Support the company's marketing activity through social media and content creation.
Represent the business professionally within the industry.
About You
Minimum of 5 years' business development experience within bespoke new-build housing or a similar construction / sector.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Commercially focused with a proactive approach to generating new business.
Existing industry contacts are desirable but not essential.
Confident using social media to support business development activities.

Package
£55,000 - £65,000 salary (depending on experience)
£5,000 car allowance
25 days' annual leave
Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
