Junior IT Support Engineer

OverviewWe are looking for a junior IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support across the business. This is a hands-on role focused on user support, Microsoft 365 administration, hardware setup, and resolving common IT issues.Ideal for someone with IT support experience looking to continue developing their career in a supportive environment.

Location - Chiswick (London)
Duration - Initial 3 months
On-site requirements - 5 days
Rate - £150-£190 / day Inside IR35 via Umbrella

Responsibilities

Provide 1st line IT support to end users.
Set up and configure laptops, monitors, and other IT equipment.
Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Assist with user onboarding and account setup.
Log, manage, and resolve support tickets.
Maintain IT assets and equipment.
Experience Required

Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Helpdesk role.
Good understanding of Microsoft 365.
Experience supporting Windows devices.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Keen to learn and develop within IT.
