A fantastic Alternative Provision in Westminster is seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work with students aged 11-16 who have SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.
No two days are the same in this rewarding role.
Responsibilities:
Supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs
Managing behaviour using restorative approaches
Delivering mentoring sessions
Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff
Ideal Candidate:
Youth work, mentoring or behaviour experience
Calm under pressure
Strong communication skills
