Academic Affairs Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised Academic Affairs Coordinator to support a busy higher education team based in South Kensington.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting academic administration and student services
Responding to student and faculty enquiries
Coordinating student registration, examinations, and teaching schedules
Assisting with guest lecturers, field studies, and classroom arrangements
Managing course evaluations and administrative processes
Providing general support across teaching and learning programmesAbout you:

Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused
Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience within education, administration, or student services is desirable
