About the Role
As an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage who have a range of additional learning needs. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will provide tailored support to help children access the EYFS curriculum, develop key social and communication skills, and reach their individual learning goals.
You will work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, using play-based learning and targeted interventions to encourage engagement, independence, and positive development.
