Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for the opportunity to make your mark within a growing and ambitious law firm?

As the firm continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to become a key part of their long-term success.
Whether you're a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or an experienced non-qualified Fee Earner, if you have a proven background managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, delivering a seamless service to clients whilst maintaining the highest professional standards.
Your caseload will include:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Remortgages
* New build transactions
* Shared ownership matters
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers and lenders
* Providing a high-quality, personable service throughout the transaction
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has at least 5 years' experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
* Is confident managing files from instruction to completion
* Has excellent client care and communication skills
* Is organised, proactive and able to prioritise a busy workload
* Enjoys building strong relationships with clients and referrers
* Is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience
Qualifications are welcomed but not essential. Applications are encouraged from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced non-qualified Conveyancers with a strong track record.
