As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain engaged with the work provided and maintaining a positive learning environment.

What You'll Need:
Experience working with children or young people within the last 2 years
Confidence managing groups of students
Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
A positive and adaptable approach
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
Strong references covering recent employmentPrevious classroom experience is beneficial but not essential, as many schools welcome candidates from a variety of child-facing backgrounds.
